Social Accountability

At Crossroads, we believe that everyone has a role to play when it comes to social accountability. Prioritizing a positive effect on the environment, society, consumers, employees, and communities is vital in that role. We embrace responsibility for all of our actions and pay it forward to the community. Through volunteering and personal contributions, we are able to make a small impact on the world.

Crossroads donates annually to the St. Jude’s Children’s Hospital and various charitable clients, as well as many other charities throughout the country. Our Crossroads family brings a large pool of passion to the workplace with the causes they believe in, through personally sponsoring events and volunteering.
